Dallas Texas Speakers Bureau – Leadership Speaker, DeDe Murcer Moffett on “Work-Life Balance Increases The Bottom Line”

March 17th, 2015

As an entertaining leadership speaker and trainer, I’m passionate about bringing awareness to the importance of work-life balance for long term success. Leading edge companies aren’t afraid to remove the corporate thumb off employees heads and initiate a whole life culture.  They understand work-life balance increases overall well-being and that increases their bottom line!  In this article I will address what work-life balance is and why companies must implement it now.   So as M.C. If you ever wonder where time is going, consider your wonder a gift. Just having the realization is key. [The first step is admitting you have a problem, right?] In that moment of clarity, STOP and evaluate whether you are in control of your time, or is your time controlling you?

I was working out in the gym when an old song came on.  It was “Rocket Man” by Elton John.  What really stood out was something I was feeling that morning; and quite frankly, something I’d felt much of my life. “What if they find out who I really am? When Sally is not treated well at the local cleaners, she not only doesn’t go back there, she tells others of her unpleasant experience. People talk!
