We can help make approval at your company quick and easy. We’ve been approved by every client who has required approval.

Yes, we enable you to talk directly with the speaker you’re considering. This service is available for the majority of speakers, but celebrity speakers are generally more available to talk after they’ve been confirmed for an event.

We have the fastest initial response time in the business, and we’ll be here to expedite your selection every step of the way. We know you want to get back to your other responsibilities as soon as you can.

We’re expert industry negotiators and know ahead of time what each speaker’s fee should be. So you can be certain that your company will get the best value for your event.

We have speakers in a wide range of fees, starting in the $5,000 to $10,000 range. Since all speakers listed are paid professionals, all will have an associated fee to make an appearance.  For most of them, speaking, training and/or consulting is their full-time profession.

Yes, we have access to nearly every speaker or celebrity on the speaking circuit through our deep industry agency partnerships. Clients tell us that they work with us especially with exclusive speakers, because it allows them to have one speaker-bureau contact, as well as to have other speaker options that an agency representing an “exclusive speaker” might not have told them about, because such agencies might have a greater incentive/commission to sell their “exclusive” speakers over other speakers, even though another speaker might do a better job or be a better value for the client.  On the other hand, our goal is just to help you connect with the best match for your event.

Yes. You’ll be paying our trusted company. We’ll make certain all speakers are paid promptly, according to their expectations, which helps ensure the speaker’s highest level of attention for your event.

We include contractual protections in our agreements to minimize your risk. If a complication should arise, we’re here to protect your interests.   Since we’ve spent the last part of almost 2 decades learning the speaking business and almost anything and everything that could happen, we’re able to a great job mitigating possible risks for our clients.

Yes. We’ve been here, serving our clients for 15 years, and we’ll be here for you – even if you don’t book a speaker with us.

We only want to work with clients who want to work with us. So we’ll never put pressure on you. We’re always here when you need us, but not when you don’t.  If at any time you ever feel any pressure whatsoever, you can call and ask to speak directly with the President of the company. Leave a message with the receptionist, and it will be forwarded directly for a return call. Our culture is to put you first, work on your schedule, and to be your trusted independent advisor.

Usual payment terms are 50% at signing and the final 50% prior to the date of the event.
