Texas Speakers Bureau acknowledges that individuals who are either residents of, or physically present within, the EU, the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, collectively “EU Individuals,” have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An EU individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate information within the personal information, should direct their query by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If requested to remove personal information, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
