Dr. Mancini has also given testimony to the White House Commission for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and had the honor of serving on the Texas Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness.
He satisfies his commitment to keeping the Hispanic community informed on the benefits of healthy habits serving as a frequent guest of CNN Español and Univision; and he recently received the honor of having Mexico’s new leading university, UNEVE, name their library after him.

In 1999, Dr. Mancini became one of the youngest presidents of a college or university when he was chosen to lead Parker University. Since that time, he has Parker University through historic educational and professional achievements. His enthusiasm for life is contagious and has earned him numerous recognitions that include: Heroes for Humanity, Humanitarian of the Year, CEO of the Year, and many others.
