Daron K. Roberts is a former NFL coach, Harvard Law graduate, and the founder of the Center for Sports Leadership & Innovation at the University of Texas. With a compelling journey from the legal world to professional football, Daron has become a leading voice on leadership, decision-making, and resilience. Drawing from his unique experiences coaching with teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns, Daron offers transformative insights on how to embrace change, lead under pressure, and develop a mindset for success.
