Cara Hickman serves the local Houston community as an industry leader on the ASTD Houston Board of Directors as VP of Marketing and Communications and on the WBEA-Texas Marketing and Communications Committee.
read the restAs Community Relations Coordinator for the Houston Texans, Cara Hickman was responsible for creating dynamic events to benefit community partners. Leaving one work family to join her own was not an easy decision, leaving behind wonderful friends and memories. Ever grateful for her experience with the Texans, Cara returns back to the company she literally grew up with! Working part-time through high school and college, Cara always had a part in the business, creating flyers and brochures, preparing workbooks, and ensuring participant access to online training programs and assessments. In her new role, Cara takes on the responsibility for determining the company’s marketing plans and sales processes. Cara graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She is a monthly co-facilitator of The Women’s Leadership Advisory Board and weekly co-facilitator of Jill Hickman Companies’ Online Master Mind Sessions.
