Ainsley Nelson knows George W. Bush - the individual, the family man, the businessman, the Governor, the leader, and the future President.  Today, she shares with audiences a behind the scenes look at her daily experiences with George W. Bush and humorous and pivotal lessons that she learned along the way. She shares powerful personal stories that inspire, educate, and encourage audiences while always speaking personally, not politically.  She connects with audiences at a personal level drawing from her experiences spanning those with George W. Bush, the Bush family, leaders in Texas, other political, business & world leaders and her personal and professional life since.  

Building on her successes with George W Bush, she later organized a global technology conference, worked with corporate running programs, led Texas government affairs for a Fortune 500 organization and developed and managed the philanthropy program of the Austin Marathon.

Ainsley and her husband David, an attorney in Lubbock, Texas, have formed West Texas Endurance, a sports event production company offering running and cycling events in the South Plains of Texas.

Originally from Louisiana, Ainsley graduated from college in South Carolina. Ainsley enjoys participating or volunteering in running events or triathlons and plays tennis.  She and her husband David also participate in pet therapy with their beloved cocker spaniel, Owen Jenkins.
