Tracy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and an accomplished athlete who was a member of the U.S. National Softball Team. She lives with her wife and two dogs in Tulsa, Oklahoma (yes… “where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain“). When she’s not developing leaders to help them be exceptional, Tracy loves to read, travel, and ride bikes (the kind you pedal, not rev).
