Patti Branco, president of a consulting firm is a financial services industry expert, author and professional speaker. She enjoys a successful track record that spans over 20 years in the financial services arena. First, as a successful registered representative, rising through the ranks to senior management, and later as an independent consultant, building and developing investment programs, coaching leaders, and increasing revenue in financial institutions. Her experience stems from sales and sales management as a First Vice President in the bank and brokerage industry, as State Investment Manager for California, responsible for the initial development of a major bank program in the golden state.

At one point she was responsible for the future success and compliance oversight of over 70 registered reps, office staff and multi million dollar budgets. She left Cal Fed Bank in April, 1999 to start her own consulting business and hasn’t looked back. Her stellar reputation launched her career as an industry consultant. She walks the walk and runs the race, helping companies large and small to develop business, people and peak performance. As an independent consultant she has coached and trained thousands of registered reps in the art of selling investments with success and integrity!
