Before founding SVI, Mike built ThompsonMurray (now Saatchi & Saatchi X) into a leader in in-store marketing. He also served six years in the Air Force and Air National Guard, where he trained teams in survival, evasion, and adaptability—skills that continue to influence his approach to leadership and talent development today.
