Jill Hickman, President of Jill Hickman Companies and Founder of The Women's Leadership Advisory Board.  Jill's extensive corporate background of over 20 years spans both public and private sectors, from small start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies, including those in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and business services. Coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and global company of her own, Jill provides the leadership acumen needed for success in today's business world. Jill graduated with honors from the University of Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and teaching certification in English and Psychology. A native Houstonian, she earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake and teaching certification in Marketing from the University of Houston. A Past President of ASTD Houston and IMC Houston, Jill maintains an active role in professional, community and service organizations, including Society of Human Resources Management, WBEA, Houston Coaches, and National Speakers Association.
