Dean is an avid runner and has completed the Stockholm Marathon in Stockholm, Sweden, and the Motorola Marathon in Austin, Texas.

He lives in the Dallas suburbs of Texas with his wife Lena and their two strong, wonderfully nutty daughters, Sofia and Ella.
