Paul Phariss, a gold medalist juggler and author of Have A Ball Learning: How Juggling Helps Kids Overcome Their Learning Disabilities, is founder of Academic Inspiration, a Congressional Districts Program promoting literacy through juggling. Having educated and entertained over half-a-million people worldwide, Paul has been interviewed and seen on PBS, CBS, FOX, ESPN2, the Today Show, and Good Morning America. Paul’s products, presentations, and workshops on juggling have made him an in-demand and innovative expert in the brain fitness field–and made people laugh out loud around the world.   Have you ever seen anyone balance a six-foot stepladder on their face – or juggle five balls – or spin plates on his fingertips?   Paul Phariss’ 45-minute comedy juggling show has feats of amazement, hilarious audience participation, and plenty of laughter. He even juggles flaming torches while blindfolded (venue permitting)!  You may have seen him performing at Walt Disney World, Dixie Stampede, or Silver Dollar City.  Shows may be shortened and customized to fit clients’ needs. For inspirational programs, Paul adds a message to his comedy juggling show. Paul tells his empowering story of overcoming a childhood brain injury that caused severe learning disabilities. His inability to read throughout elementary, middle, high school, and even college didn’t stop Paul from trying. At the age of 30 Paul was able to start reading and continues to improve. He now combines his intensive brain therapies, education and passion to inspire and help children to read and persevere. Paul inspires kids – and adults – to keep trying whatever  they are struggling with, especially reading. He also teaches kids about bravery with his hilarious antics in one volunteer participation sketch. He wraps the whole show up with his finale of balancing a six-foot stepladder on his face!
